Address of morning preparations.

Please provide the address of where you would like the photographer to go to for preparation images. The photographer arrives approximately 2 hours before the wedding. No later.

Address of where the ceremony is taking place. Please provide further addresses if there is more than one venue on the day.

Please tell me any information about the drinks you think I may need to know. Ie anything specific that is important to you to be captured above candid's and details. For example. Friends preforming music, magicians booked etc.

Couple photographs

As your photographer I will work out the best places to take you for couple shots however if you have specific places in mind please provide some details below.

Family Photographs

Please keep these to approx 8 groups. This is to prevent you standing around for a large chunk of your drinks reception getting photos taken, cutting down time for candid photos. If we have time on the day we can add more. It is advised to provide the most important groups and we can add any extras on the day if time allows. If we run out of time during the drinks reception we can get more after dinner as its important to me to get all the images you want. Can you please provide a copy of the family/group photographs to someone relay able who knows each side of the family to gather people for the photographs. Please provide the names and relationships to you.

Confetti

Are you having a confetti? The confetti shot is an awesome one if you are including confetti on the day. It works best either when you are walking back up the aisle or you walking though your guests after the ceremony. If you are having confetti has the venue given you any specific instructions on when and where you are allowed to use it? Please don't worry if you haven't thought about this we can discuss it when we chat on our call.

What time are you being seated for dinner?

Please double check with venue what time your guests will be called in for dinner.

Time of speeches. Before or after dinner?

If you are having speeches: Are they happening before or after dinner? How many are there? Who is doing them?

First Dance time?

Tell me a little about your first dance. What time is it approx? Have you got a dance planned or are you winging it?

Family

Can you briefly tell me about your families. What immediate family do you have on both sides? Siblings, parents, grandparents? Are there any tricky family dynamics I need to know about? Who are your favs or is everyone equally important.

Suppliers

Please can you list your wedding suppliers below.
